Kim Tanenbaum, a yoga instructor, ballet dancer and lover of the arts, is also a supporter of all things green. So when getting ready for this year’s Canadiana Gala on Friday March 3rd, in support of the National Ballet School, Tanenbaum, a co-chair for the fundraiser, worked with makeup artist Tana D’Amico to incorporate some heavy-hitting, eco-friendly brands into her look.
Another way this former professional photographer tries to live sustainably is by working vintage jewellery into her wardrobe (which on this night included a custom gown by Toronto-based label Greta Constantine). A pretty simple task when your mother-in-law is the incomparable Carole Tanenbaum, this country’s queen of pre-loved baubles.
